As the RSV Vaccine (Vx) launch gets closer in Korea, we are hiring RSV Vaccine Brand Manager role to prepare for first-in-class RSV Vaccine in Korea. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of one of the most critical brands in the next few years in GSK. As a RSV Vaccine Brand Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the developing and executing strategies and report directly to the RSV Vaccine Launch Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for developing a robust launch ambition and strategy of RSV Vx from launch readiness to full launch execution through a deep understanding of the customer/consumer needs.
Build a strong DTC (Direct To Consumer) strategy to maximize first-in-class brand positioning upon launch
Develop thorough HCP promotional strategies and brand campaign to deliver launch sales target
Build an innovative omnichannel operational plan for RSV Vx
Working closely with finance team, allocate optimal and competitive level of A&P to capitalize launch strategies
Identify and monitor metrics to assess performance and execution of critical activities.
Understand the external context and closely interact with key external stakeholders to execute plans strongly
Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years marketing experience
Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Good analytical skills
Proven project management skills and problem solving
Strategic thinker and creative marketer
Results-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the Vaccines business
Consumer marketing experience
