About the Role

To support the Head of Business Management and FA in day-to-day business support function to achieve key results areas by managing sales initiatives, financial management, business solutions, business quality and reporting analytics. The role also includes the administration of processes and procedures.

  • Analyse profit-and-loss income statements.
  • Compile and review budgets in terms of actual performance, previous expenditures, estimated expenses and income.
  • Maintain accurate spending records and establish measures for budgetary control which include monthly expense accruals for company.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders from end to end.
  • Implement sourcing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiency.
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to AIA policies.
  • Identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximise the efficiency of the business.
  • Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits.
  • Maintain and update department manual to ensure all new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and documented accurately.
  • Oversee company administrative matters in accordance with Compliance and Sourcing guideline.
  • Assist HOD in budget planning and track/process expenses for the organization.
  • Assist in preparation and communication of monthly expense reports.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Finance, Accounting or Business related fields
  • Any relevant experience will be advantageous
  • Meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
