Responsibilities

• Quality inspections for adhesive tapes, mechanical fastener products, and related products
• Operation and routine maintenance of measurement equipment
• Product lines:
• Masking tapes (construction and automotive paint)
• Reusable mechanical fasteners
• Box sealing tapes
• Adhesive products

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or higher
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred
• Basic computer skills required (Email, Excel; Outlook preferred)

  基本的なコンピュータスキル（Email、Excel必須、Outlookが望ましい）

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Ideally seeking younger talent (under 40) to develop future leadership and operational management at the plant.
• However, experienced candidates aged 40 or older with exceptional skills and capabilities are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts (annual working hours system):
• Shift 1: 07:00–15:45
• Shift 2: 15:15–23:45
• Shift 3: 23:30–07:30
• Average Overtime: Approx. 10 hours/month

交替勤務（年間労働時間制）：
- シフト1：07:00～15:45
- シフト2：15:15～23:45
- シフト3：23:30～07:30
平均残業時間：約10時間/月

Additional Information

• Possible transfers to Yamagata, Ibaraki, or Chiba (low frequency)
• Workplace involves handling chemical products and organic solvents
