Job Description:

We are expanding our team! The Centre of Excellence for Asset Management (CoEAM) is part of Ferrovial Corporate Innovation, focusing on asset information and workflow management throughout the asset lifecycle.

We handle everything from proof of concepts to scalable solutions across various business units to meet current needs and plan for the future. We seek a full-time Digital Innovation Project Manager for our Austin, Texas office. 

Reporting to the Digital Lifecycle Information and Collaboration Lead (based in Spain), this role supports digital innovation in infrastructure assets, collaborating with CoE, Innovation teams, other corporate departments, and Ferrovial Business units. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Implement Digital Collaboration framework by leading innovation projects with key stakeholders. 
• Plan time, resources, and budget for different projects. 
• Manage internal and supplier work teams, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with Ferrovial principles. 
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams in Spain. 
• Monitor and test digital tools (e.g., digital twins, XR technologies). 
• Identify and analyze digital innovation opportunities. 
• Perform other necessary duties. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar field. 
• Over 5 years of experience in project management related to new technologies and infrastructure innovation. 
• Knowledge of infrastructure lifecycle and digital solution benefits. 
• Experience managing complex projects with internal and external teams, adhering to budgets and deadlines. 
• Strong communication and coordination skills. 
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders. 
• Project management certifications (agile and traditional methodologies) are a plus. 
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is an additional benefit.
