This is a hands-on role where you’ll be instrumental in shaping the strategy, processes, and playbooks that will support our long-term growth.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our integrated marketing campaigns, highlighting Instabase’s strengths in enterprise automation. Working collaboratively with our Head of Demand Generation, you’ll help define and execute campaign frameworks while identifying opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly contribute to building scalable, repeatable campaigns as we expand.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop impactful campaign messaging, optimize email nurture flows, manage landing page creation, and execute digital advertising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to enhance campaign reach and drive engagement through digital channels.
  • Create templates, playbooks, and standardized workflows for various campaign types to support a scalable and efficient campaign function.
  • Establish a robust measurement framework to analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

About you:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the enterprise software sector, with a strong record in multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Proven writing and editing skills tailored to technical audiences, along with hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
  • Data-driven mindset, with a focus on optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Prior experience building early-stage campaigns and marketing complex technical solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a talent for managing stakeholders and driving results across teams.
The OTE salary range for this role is $137,655 to $152,950 + equity and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
