About you

You love to learn new things, tinker and make things work. You can listen and take direction and feedback, but also contribute your views over time. You love technology, and have coded in languages like C#, React, Typescript, probably in a university environment. You take responsibility for your work and the quality of your output. You will be self-motivated and can prioritise and work under pressure. Working with internal and external stakeholders you will build and maintain successful relations.

You will be a recent University Graduate with a tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Software Engineering or IT related field.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborating with Senior / Lead Software engineers to engage business stakeholders to capture and understand requirements.
• Building cohesive and engaging user experiences leveraging human centric design patterns.
• Developing solutions end-to-end, including front-end, back-end and integration.
• Implementing cloud infrastructure utilising infrastructure as code and applying DevOps principles in delivering solutions,, automation of build, release and testing (where possible).
• Testing of developed solutions including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing and functional testing.
• Documenting solutions effectively to facilitate knowledge transfer to existing and future engineers and stakeholders.
• Supporting systems used by RAC staff, members and customers.
