What success looks like in this role:
Independently leads mid-size to large client delivery accounts.
Follows defined processes to ensure successful implementation, engaging with internal resources to ensure a smooth, cost effective and high-quality client experience.
Takes ownership of client issues and ensures effective resolution.
Effectively escalates delivery or other issues when appropriate.
Establishes clear governance and communication channels with the client and Unisys delivery organizations to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of implementation processes and goals.
Manages contract scope, conducting periodic (i.e., monthly) operational reviews with service delivery organizations and client.
Participates in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits.
In partnership with the Client Executive, proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities to clients, looking for ways to enhance the company’s position and upsell aligned products and services.
Monitors client / account financial health and recommends steps to remedy financial misses or anomalies.
Develops and administers budgets, schedules and supports the Service Delivery organization to optimize the cost of delivery and service.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in client servicing, project delivery, or account management.
Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
