As a Business Partnership Manager in our Public Access Portfolio, you'll play a key role in transforming this mission into reality by managing relationships with our distributor channels and driving growth in the defibrillator product range.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with distributors, helping them grow their product knowledge and effectively sell our defibrillator product ranges.
  • Drive strategic account management with a focus on market growth, ensuring each distributor is aligned to the right customer groups (government clients, universities, banks, etc.).
  • Support distributors with product pitching, marketing campaigns and setting direction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve distributor performance and drive sales.
  • Influence distributor teams to push Stryker’s products more effectively, accelerating revenue growth and market penetration.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience and success in business-to-business sales (open to a range of industries from medical to telecom, software, IT or similar.)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and drive results through distributor channels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage accounts and guide distributors to target the right customers for growth.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and support distributors with product pitching and market strategies.
  • High energy, a determined approach to problem-solving, and a passion for growth.
