Responsibilities:
Develop compliant files and manage subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for specialized procurements.
Prepare comprehensive bid packages and establish evaluation criteria for subcontract proposals.
Analyze and evaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with technical and financial requirements.
Negotiate subcontract provisions, including terms, price, and schedule, to achieve favorable outcomes.
Administer various types of subcontracts, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M).
Monitor and assess subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of subcontract agreements and performance data.
Select and recommend new subcontractors based on evaluation and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project and program objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and federal regulations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2+ years of experience in a related role.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Proficiency in subcontract management principles and methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Advanced knowledge of procurement and subcontract management software.
Certification in supply chain management [e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM)].
Essential Functions:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
Hand and finger dexterity for data entry and document review.
Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel occasionally for supplier and subcontractor meetings.
Ability to critically think through how to solve various subcontract related challenges.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $64,853.15 - $89,173.08. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
