Role Summary

Performing and improving day-to-day cash management and data related activities in NL Service centre for the firm’s operations outside US (EMEA, Far East and South America).

Key Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to:

  • General tasks related to cash management; initiating, monitoring and managing payments and cash flows

  • Data management and use of Treasury Management System (Kyriba)

  • Build and maintain data reports in various applications

  • Manage information exchange between data processing systems (Kyriba, AFAS, Data Warehouse)

  • Active contribution to improvements in cash/data processes

  • Maintenance of bank accounts structures and electronic banking

  • Communicate with various banks regarding accounts and/or payments

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 2 - years of relevant experience in an Accounting and/or Treasury Role

  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Skilled with data applications and data processing

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail

  • Familiarity with banking and treasury systems is an advantage

  • A proactive team player with a hands-on mentality and good communication skills

  • Service minded and enthusiastic with a high sense of responsibility and commitment to learning

  • Fluent in English (and preferably also Dutch) both oral and written

  • Flexible in tasks and working hours

  • Right to Work in The Netherlands, resident in the Netherlands

Location and Hours 

  • In-office presence required for at least three days a week.

  • The role is based in Baarn, the Netherlands.
