Job Purpose 

At Unilever Food Solutions, our purpose is to Free Chefs to love what they do We work with Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers to create exciting menus that are good for diners, and good for the planet Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day. 


This role will support the growth of Local Modern Trade customers by managing day to day account operations, ensuring perfect execution in-store, and driving sell-in/sell-out performance to grow UFS penetration among Out-of-Home operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations with assigned LMT customers: orders, listings, promotions, deliveries, and issue resolution.
  • Execute Perfect Store standards: availability, visibility, pricing, planogram, and promo compliance.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, sampling, and chef-driven activations in customer outlets.
  • Track sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and promotion performance; provide insights and reports to LMT Manager.
  • Support NPD listing, visibility setup, and trade activation.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, CD Operations, Marketing, and Chef teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, modern trade, wholesale, or FMCG
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks
