Aftermarket Sales Manager – Terex Jaques (MPS)

Location: Eagle Farm, QLD Work Type: Full‑time Travel: Regular travel across QLD & NT Department: Customer & Product Support

🔧 About the Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling aftermarket parts and maintenance services to maximise customer value and achieve sales targets. You’ll also identify opportunities for new machine sales while strengthening Terex MPS’s presence in the region.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused position that combines technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and strategic relationship building.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively promote and sell aftermarket parts and maintenance services to meet sales targets
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new machine sales
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for new products
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in Salesforce
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers to understand their business needs
  • Create and manage effective customer call plans
  • Support sales promotional activities, including exhibitions and events
  • Prepare tenders, quotes, and technical specifications
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Identify customer training needs and support ongoing service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Terex policies, quality systems, and OH&S requirements

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in equipment sales, maintenance, or product support
  • Strong operational understanding of large equipment; crushing & screening experience highly regarded
  • Proven ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, quotes, and contracts
  • Excellent relationship‑building and customer engagement skills
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
  • Confident negotiator with sound commercial judgement
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly across QLD and NT
