Functional Accountabilities

1. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Support, Product, and Technical teams to execute successful CopLogic implementations from contract handoff to go-live.
  • Act as the primary implementation contact for police agencies, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation setting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met.

2. Maintain Strong Agency & Cross-Functional Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Police Agencies throughout implementation and early adoption.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Support and Technology to resolve issues, prioritize enhancements, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Drive stakeholder cadence (steering committees, status calls), and ensure clear communication at all levels.

3. Deliver Product Demonstrations to Police Agencies

  • Conduct tailored demos of Coplogic solutions, highlighting workflows, data capture, public-facing forms, and reporting use cases.
  • Translate agency objectives into solution capabilities and best practices; address functional and technical questions in live sessions.

4. Implementation Execution & Documentation

  • Manage and track implementation milestones, dependencies, and progress for assigned agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date implementation documentation, including:
  •  Project timelines and status
  •  Configuration details
  •  Risks, issues, and resolutions
  •  Client approvals and sign-offs
  • Ensure all implementation activities are properly documented in internal systems and shared with relevant stakeholders.

5. Prepare Reports & Analysis for Sales Leadership

  • Prepare and deliver implementation status reports for Sales Leadership and Operations, highlighting:
  •  Progress against timelines
  •  Risks and mitigation plans
  •  Delays or dependencies impacting go-live
  •  Agencies approaching completion or escalation
  • Analyze implementation trends to identify process gaps, recurring challenges, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights that help leadership make informed decisions on pipeline readiness and customer health during the implementation stage.

6. Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide feedback to Product and Operations teams based on real-world agency implementation experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation standards, and client enablement materials.
  • Support internal knowledge sharing by contributing best practices, lessons learned, and playbooks for future implementations.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of any field  

  • Any relevant project management related experience.

  • Any relevant business analysis or research experience

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
