Village Vet Potters Bar is seeking a part-time Veterinary Surgeon. The practice has a dedicated client base and excellent clinical standards upheld by an exceptional nurse and support team. The practice is well equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, dedicated operating theatre.

You will see a variety of consultations, GP level surgery, dentistry and imaging cases. There will be one regular day of surgery and some sole charge.

We are looking for the following skills:

  • Great teamwork and receptiveness to learn
  • Independent consulting skills
  • Good routine surgical skills
  • Problem-based, logical case approach

We are supported by the 24 hour hospital in St Albans and have a visiting ophthalmologist.

This role comes with a flexible rota of approx two days per week. 1:3 Saturdays (8.30-4.30) and 1: 12 Sundays at the St Albans hospital(8.30-6.30)

Salary Value:£30,000 per annum;

Salary Description:Depending on experience, £60,000 FTE;
