Job Description:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, sourcing trips, and more.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and various equipment during productions.
  • Edit engaging videos using industry-standard software, including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Manage all aspects of video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
  • Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Capture interviews, product footage, lifestyle content, and event coverage as needed.
  • Stay current with video production trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with Wellness Advocate leaders at all levels to find how our training content can best support them in their efforts


Job Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of video projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and various video editing software.
  • Experience operating professional camera systems.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel for shoots/events, if required.
