The Strategy and Operations Analyst will play a key role in establishing a high-performing strategic operations team that embodies a "Swiss army knife" approach to problem-solving. The Strategy team is focused on delivering solutions to enable hyper-growth while maintaining the highest standards for our clients and residents.  This position will be based in our downtown Dallas offices, though we will consider a hybrid work schedule. 

The Role:
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on design of complex programs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, with primary focus on implementation and measurement of results
  • Act as the extension of our technology partner’s product team and bring to life a next generation real estate ERP system, to ensure alignment with business needs and accurate timely documentation
  • Obsess over our company's KPI’s and play a pivotal role in identifying and driving initiatives that have the greatest impact on our success
  • Take a hands-on approach in building and developing analytics functions and processes that foster continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Develop effective working relationships with business owners/stakeholders of assigned functions to acquire a thorough knowledge of their operations and value to the business
  • Create and document procedures, policies and other content in a clear, concise and professional manner to enhance business efficiency and continuity
  • Partner with our senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress through activities including addressing scaling challenges & incubating new programs
  • Conduct thorough analysis and research to provide insights that inform our overall strategy and facilitate informed decision-making for sustainable growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science
  • 1-2 years consulting, investment banking or accounting experience
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering projects - preference for experience on projects at the intersection of data, technology, and operations
  • Extremely high interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in writing and documenting procedures, including technical and systems, that address potential risk and provide a roadmap to maintain business continuity
  • Strategic, analytical and operational mindset – able to see the bigger picture and implement the operation steps to achieve it.
  • Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL and/or Python a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and to progress objectives with minimal supervision

  • Conduct thorough analysis and research to provide insights that inform our overall strategy and facilitate informed decision-making for sustainable growth.
