Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise content management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to document management platforms.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect Documentum with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and version control in collaborative environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
