Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of users and stakeholders alike. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in project planning and execution methodologies. - Ability to analyze project requirements and develop effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
