Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our General Lines Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a key member of the Placement team, you will support the Senior Placement Executive in managing client insurance programs and placement documentation. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth execution of insurance placements, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in client service delivery to help achieve Marsh’s business objectives.

We will count on you to:

Assist the Senior Placement Executive in preparing documentation and submissions for the market, including specifications, loss records, and summary reports to better serve clients.
Collect and compare insurance quotes and review existing client insurance and risk programs to ensure document accuracy.
Maintain proper records and input necessary information into databases to ensure smooth continuation of the placement process.
Review coverage specifications to ensure they are accurate and aligned with client requirements before submission to insurers.
Handle market contacts at appropriate levels to execute assigned tasks effectively and support the placement process.
Collaborate with the placement team, Client Executives (CEs), Operations & Technology, Credit Control, and Finance teams to support renewals, new business placements, account reconciliations, and receivables collection.


What you need to have:

University degree.
Established experience in insurance placement support, preferably within a multinational organization.
Basic technical understanding of insurance placement and risk management.
Ability to work under moderate supervision on routine tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

Progress towards or possession of professional insurance qualifications such as A.C.I.I or equivalent.
Strong understanding of client business and risk profiles, with awareness of market and technical developments.
