Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, contributing your expertise to enhance application functionality and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Document application designs and processes to ensure clarity and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with workflow automation and process optimization. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
