Reporting to the Distribution Operations Team Lead, you will support our distribution channels by ensuring that system enhancements meet business needs and day-to-day operations workflow, and processes are supported and smooth.
Job Description
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and other related system enhancements, includes checking distribution partners’ related feed files and reports.
Review user stories to ensure that relevant business requirements and scenarios are addressed for system enhancements.
Reply and follow-up on business and data (feed files) enquiries from bancassurance partners.
Collaborate with SMEs from other business units and investigate production issues and incidents for resolution.
Execute and support review and improvement of workflow and business processes.
Participate in distribution partners’ process improvement and customer journey initiatives, where relevant.
Collate and send MIS reports to bancassurance partners within SLA timelines.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for audit purposes.

What we are looking for
Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in life insurance industry
Strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions
Good project management and business analysis skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
