The opportunity

Reporting to the Distribution Operations Team Lead, you will support our distribution channels by ensuring that system enhancements meet business needs and day-to-day operations workflow, and processes are supported and smooth. 

Job Description

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and other related system enhancements, includes checking distribution partners’ related feed files and reports.

  • Review user stories to ensure that relevant business requirements and scenarios are addressed for system enhancements.

  • Reply and follow-up on business and data (feed files) enquiries from bancassurance partners.

  • Collaborate with SMEs from other business units and investigate production issues and incidents for resolution.   

  • Execute and support review and improvement of workflow and business processes.

  • Participate in distribution partners’ process improvement and customer journey initiatives, where relevant.

  • Collate and send MIS reports to bancassurance partners within SLA timelines.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for audit purposes.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized University

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in life insurance industry

  • Strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions

  • Good project management and business analysis skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
