About the Role & Team

At Disney, our stories inspire audiences around the world. As Marketing Manager, UK, you will play a key role in shaping how audiences connect with our world-class Studio content across both Theatrical and Disney+ releases, spanning Disney, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Walt Disney Animation Studios and 20th Century Studios.

Working as part of the EMEA Studio Content Marketing team, you will support the development and deployment of insight-led, audience-focused marketing strategies and campaign plans for a diverse portfolio of content. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Direct-to-Consumer, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Media, Insights, Digital, Creative, Publicity and Partnerships, as well as international teams, to deliver innovative campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive business results.

This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position, expected to run until approximately July 2027. It will be based in our London Hammersmith office, working four days per week onsite, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and rollout of strategic marketing plans for both theatrical and Disney+ content releases across the UK region.

  • Help shape innovative, insight-driven campaign strategies for activation by local market teams.

  • Contribute to title-specific campaign planning, including audience analysis, campaign objectives, media strategy development, budget allocation and performance measurement.

  • Partner with Media teams to develop and distribute campaign guidance and best-practice frameworks.

  • Consolidate campaign plans and performance updates from local markets, identifying insights and recommendations to strengthen future campaigns.

  • Support campaign budget management, tracking activity and ensuring reporting documentation remains accurate and up to date.

  • Produce and distribute regular campaign performance updates and audience insights to stakeholders.

  • Build strong partnerships across Media, Insights, Digital, Creative, Publicity and Partnerships teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.

  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for Studio content marketing activity across the region.

  • Monitor the competitive landscape across theatrical and streaming content, helping identify opportunities, trends and audience learnings to inform future strategy.

  • Represent Studio Marketing within cross-functional meetings and champion opportunities to elevate Studio content and campaigns.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of trust, curiosity and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience within a Studio Marketing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of theatrical and/or direct-to-consumer entertainment marketing.

  • Experience developing and delivering integrated content marketing campaigns at a local, regional or international level.

  • Proven ability to manage high-profile, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and evaluation.

  • Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign investment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams and markets.

  • Strong strategic marketing and campaign planning capabilities.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills.

  • Analytical and insight-driven mindset with a focus on performance, audience understanding and measurable outcomes.

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the wider entertainment landscape.

  • A collaborative approach, with a passion for working across teams and learning from diverse perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across both theatrical and streaming content campaigns.

  • Experience operating within a regional or international matrix organisation.

  • Knowledge of audience research, consumer insights and performance reporting methodologies.

  • Passion for entertainment, storytelling and connecting content with audiences in meaningful ways.
