Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 3 for Air Force Market Segment to join the Advanced Weapon (AW) business unit business development team. This position can be located in Northridge, California; Niceville, FL (Eglin AFB); Washington DC Area (Pentagon); or Eustis, VA (ACC HQ).
This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Development for the Advanced Weapons (AW) business unit. The qualified applicant will lead USAF customer engagement, pipeline development, capture efforts, and strategy development for the rapidly growing US Air Force/Advanced Programs Operating Unit (OU). The Market Segment Lead will coordinate across the BD organization, with the Operating Unit Program managers and engineering team, and with NG cross-functional teams to effectively align capture strategy and resources to satisfy customer demand.

Salary Range: $180,600.00 - $271,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
