Job Description:

NVM Circuitry designer. Design and simulation of NVM circuitry

Analog circuit simulation and logic simulation

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Competencies:

• Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Knowledge
• Operates independently on complex analog/mixed‑signal design problems with minimal supervision.
• Owns the design and technical quality of one or more critical memory circuit blocks.
• Acts as a technical reference within the team and provides guidance to junior designers.
• Contributes to project planning, risk assessment, and design trade‑off discussions.
• Influences architecture and methodology decisions within the memory design group.
• Deep Analog Circuitry design knowledge
• Deep background of semiconductor Physics and Logical Analytics
• Deep knowledge using circuit and analog simulation tools.
• Mainstream CAD knowledge
• Understanding the testing and silicon debug, system analysis are positive qualifications and a plus.
• Fluency in Vietnamese, English, others are plus.
• Professional ethics, teamwork
