Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong SAP background and experience in Property Management, Leasing, or related domains. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support solution delivery

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand property management and leasing processes
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development, SAP functional teams, and other project stakeholders
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities
- Assist in data mapping, process documentation, and system enhancements

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Exposure to SAP modules related to finance or real estate such as SAP Real Estate Management or SAP Financial Accounting
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Background in SAP environments (functional understanding preferred)
- Domain experience in Property Management, Leasing, or Real Estate operations
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Gurugram Client office, Its mandate to work from Gurugram 3 days/week
- A 15 years full time education is required.
