- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong expertise in software design principles and development lifecycle management.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software performance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
