We’re looking for a Senior Partner Representative to join the Football Authenticators team and participate in creating the Football marketplace of tomorrow. We’re looking for a highly energetic and driven personality who will independently own & develop part of the Football Authenticators portfolio, build benchmark relationships with partners and shape and implement Nike Football strategy, complementing the One Nike Marketplace.
Next to leading the partners’ business, landing strategic priorities and contributing to the net revenue growth, the Senior Partner Rep Football Authenticators will also actively take part in central, x-functional projects for Football, partners engagement moments and Commerce process. This role regularly interacts with Planning, Merchandising, Partner Marketing, Operations and supportive functions teams.
The candidate will bring a passion for and demonstrate an understanding of the Football industry, its competitive landscape & the consumer dynamics that are shaping modern Football culture!

You will be driving part of our EMEA Football Authenticators portfolio and will be working on:
- Planning and delivering your partners strategic plans. Developing and driving strategies that unlock market share growth for Nike Football.
- Planning your account's business: efficient and effective top-down and bottoms-up target setting and forecasting process with the account, inventory management, sell-out analysis.
- Delivering net revenue growth and the right level of net contribution from your portfolio by owning the end to end business with your portfolio.
- Leading partners sell-ins: deliver a premium seasonal experience to partners that focuses on their needs and unlocks growth opportunities for Nike.
- Building seasonal assortments based on framework delivered by Merchandising, enriched by expertise on partner & market needs, ensuring seasonal product flow and optimizing in-season trading and replenishment to improve Partners results
- Leading partners and the marketplace, ensuring consistent and strong representation of the Nike Brand (products and stories) at your accounts (digital and B&M), aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy. Building premium, seamless consumer experiences, scaling online-to-offline and authenticating Nike Football, obsessing product launch journeys across your partners’ ecosystems.
- Engaging x-functional key partners: driving alignment across the Nike Consumer Code, developing and maintaining positive relationships with key business partners both internally and externally.
- Being a senior contributor in the Football world and our EHQ office.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Football Authenticators EMEA. You will become part of the EMEA Football Authenticators team within the Authenticators MPU.
Your main focus will be to drive commercial/sales agenda, profitability and manage the relationship with partners. You'll also closely work cross-functionally with Operations (MPO), Merchandising, Partner Marketing, Planning and supportive functions.
• Strong account facing, partner or commercial management experience across a portfolio of partners; Commercial acumen and ability to drive change and guide business choices based on financial data. Proficiency in analyzing retail metrics across B&M and digital.
• Experience managing and/or supervising cross functional projects working with teams such as merchandising, planning and ops.
• Retail planning: Ability to utilize data, to optimize Inventory & gross margins and to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
• Strong communication (internal & external, x-functional merch planning ops) and relationship building skills.
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations in front of large groups.
• Solid understanding of the Football industry, Football products and trends in the marketplace.
• Fluency in one European language next to English is a big plus.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
