We succeed together—collaborating openly, sharing ideas, and continuously improving to shape the future of technology distribution.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the go‑to partner for transforming cloud vendor billing and operational data into trusted financial intelligence.

In this role, you’ll design and maintain repeatable reporting assets and dashboards; integrate and reconcile datasets from multiple systems to ensure completeness and accuracy; conduct quality audits that keep us compliant with deliverable and stakeholder requirements; and translate business requests into clear reporting specifications.

Day to day, you’ll balance ad‑hoc analysis with scheduled reporting, using sound judgment to prioritize, validate, and communicate insights that help leaders steer performance and strengthen vendor relationships.

What you bring to the role (experiences, skills, and expectations)

  • Background: A four‑year college degree (or equivalent experience) and ~3+ years supporting a Cloud Product/Service Provider as a Data/Reporting Analyst, including ≥1 year in Accounts Reconciliation / Record‑to‑Report (R2R) work.
  • Reporting & data: Hands‑on experience building and maintaining reports/dashboards; proficiency writing queries and working across databases/data warehouses; strong Excel/BI skills and data hygiene practices.
  • Reconciliation expertise: Comfort integrating multi‑source datasets (usage, billing, GL/sub‑ledger) and tracing variances to root cause with audit‑ready documentation.
  • Ways of working: Operates independently with general guidance; navigates moderate‑to‑complex projects; applies standards and controls while exercising judgment to select the right approach.
  • Collaboration & communication: Partners effectively with Finance, Cloud Operations, and Vendor teams; explains data, policies, and practices in a clear, inclusive way to influence decisions.

Expectations for success

  • Drives results: Plans, prioritizes, and delivers accurate reporting on time; treats reconciliation SLAs as commitments.
  • Ensures integrity: Champions data quality, control adherence, and compliant audit trails.
  • Thinks imaginatively: Proposes simpler data models, automation, or visualizations that improve clarity and speed.
  • Shows courage & responsibility: Surfaces risks early, challenges assumptions with facts, and owns outcomes end‑to‑end.
  • Builds talent & teamwork: Shares know‑how, documents processes, and lifts the team’s reporting standards.

Your growth with us

At Ingram Micro, we invest in your future. Through continuous learning, leadership opportunities, and a commitment to fostering innovation, we ensure every team member thrives in their career journey. Joining Ingram Micro means being part of a company where integrity, responsibility, and talent are celebrated—so you can build long‑term success in an ever‑evolving industry. Let’s shape tomorrow.
