Job Summary
This position is to support HP Managed Services business
A large portion of the duties of this role will be performing as ITSM ServiceNow capabilities and Project Manager role.
As ITSM ServiceNow capabilities lead - you will be in charge of defining & designing new capabilities/services that will be developed on HP ITSM platform to service accounts.
Once the capability is in operation, you will be in charge of enhancements.
You must be able to act as a Project/Program Manager, providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. The projects are usually cross-organizational - affecting multiple Business Units. Aside from that, The individual will need to coordinate and integrate the work efforts and deliverables of a multi-function project team related to the execution of complex projects within the Managed Services business of HP Inc.


Responsibilities
• Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function.
• Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements.
• Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs.
• Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
• Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
• Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
• 3+ experience in Service Delivery management automation
