Position Summary

Coordinate program activities associated with the Institute for Leadership Excellence cohort-based leadership programs. This includes creating, organizing and supporting events and program activities, drafting program communications and responding to participant questions and needs, creating and maintaining program outcome reporting tools and metrics, and providing overall support in creating a high-quality, community-focused learning environment.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute leadership development programs and ILE cohort programs, including coordinating events and meetings, communications with attendees and speakers, drafting and maintaining program materials, managing program content calendar, scheduling, etc.

  • Support planning, coordination and execution of ILE program recruitment, selection, and retention process, including drafting materials and marketing, preparing timelines and schedules, coordinating with selection committee, preparing communications, and maintaining participant data and roster.

  • Coordinate communication plan in partnership with HR Communications Manager to draft and post external and internal messaging in support of ILE.

  • Spearhead and execute alumni engagement strategy.

  • Reporting and metrics: Pull survey results, report insights from collected data, update metrics, manage attendance and participation data, etc.

  • Provide support to other administrative members of LLOD team. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$25.47 - $39.49 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
