The Tech@Lilly team is actively looking for an experienced Oracle Database Site Reliability Engineer who is passionate about advancing enterprise‑scale Oracle platforms, modernizing database operations, and delivering cloud‑ready Oracle services. If you thrive in solving complex reliability challenges, automating operational toil, strengthening governance, and enabling application teams—this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing:
You will serve as a core engineering and operational expert for Oracle Database across on‑premise, hybrid, and cloud environments. In this role, you will ensure availability, resiliency, automation, observability, and lifecycle management of mission‑critical Oracle services. You will partner closely with Cloud Infrastructure, Security, SMEs, and Application Engineering teams to modernize, optimize, and secure enterprise Oracle database operations.

What You Should Bring :
Basic Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years administering Oracle Database.
· Experience supporting Oracle databases in both on‑prem and ODB@AWS cloud environments

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,500 - $184,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
