Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to review and improve software design and implementation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Ability to design and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and tools used within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
- Knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL queries related to CRM data.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
