---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Commercial Operations Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: Determines RM requirements, develops the approach and strategies in tandem with the client for engagements or programs in support of new business and for existing engagements or programs. Develops and executes account management strategies to expand CPMO services for engagements or programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leads and manages client account teams’ daily CPMO operations while acting as the Accenture Philippines DC CPMO interface with client and client executives. • Oversees all aspects of RM support inclusive of administrative support, project control, and project management support functions. • Works with the client to set strategies and will execute these strategies in tandem with the client. • Combines project management skills and knowledge of CPMO processes & best practices to support client projects. • Supervises CPMO resources working in the areas of resource tracking. • The CPMO Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of the CPMO shared services for multiple projects. Spearheads and implements initiatives in CPMO operations and management areas like Quality & Metrics, Tools Development, Training, Capability Development, Security Management and Employee Engagement. • Manages Onshore and Offshore teams and ensures Service activities/deliverables are completed on time as per schedule and budget. • Ensure adherence to Client corporate guidelines in the project. • Manages the relationship with all the parties involved in the project. • Acts as key focal point-of-contact for Client Sponsor. • Monitors the adherence to the contractual clauses on a regular basis. • Ensures that quality standards and relative procedures and practices are met, Participates in Client coordination and review meetings. • Reviews and approves Offshore Project Report. As CPMO RMT Manager • One to many managements of RMT Account teams. • Responsible for managing Issues/Escalations to closure and escalating as appropriate. • Drives all the completion of open items and deliverables on time. • Manages and responsible for providing overall guidance and direction of day-to-day operations, inclusive of planning and management of transition activities. • Work with Team Lead and Program Lead (as needed) to ensure delivery requirements are met and most advanced solutions are in place. • Drives QA on process documentation and customization for the account requirements/client provisioning expectations and adherence to client controls • Responsible for QA of RMT Program standard practices and for team member training on the same. • Manage account commercial team relationship. Host meetings as necessary. • Drives continuous improvements on existing process as aligned to RMT standard practice and agendas. • Maintain RAID Log to document and track key initiatives, special projects, new scope, issues, major decisions, etc. • Manage monthly forecasting for team(s) and management of PTO, Holiday support. • Responsible for ensuring team is equip with proper technology and space to perform roles. • Ensures alignment with local CPMO and DC activities and requirements/reporting. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 8 years project administrative, project control and project management support roles or as part of an IT project organization • At least 5 years supervisory experience • Experience in any of the four (Resource Management, Demand Management, Cost Management, Project Management) • With operations experience • No certification requirement
