Meet the Team
Silicon Labs is building a world-class Catalog Product Line to accelerate broad-market adoption across our wireless IoT portfolio by delivering complete, scalable “whole product” solutions—silicon, modules, software, tools, enablement, and ecosystem partnerships—through a self-service, low-touch, and standardized go-to-market model.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager – Catalog Product Line, you will join the Product Marketing & Catalog organization and lead major initiatives to operationalize the Catalog strategy. You will synthesize voice-of-market insights into actionable Catalog roadmap and go-to-market priorities, align cross-functional teams, and build repeatable systems to grow and accelerate mass-market customer adoption.
Responsibilities
Catalog Strategy, Roadmap, and Execution
Drive key initiatives in support of the Catalog Product Line strategy to improve mass-market adoption and the end-to-end customer journey.
Drive Catalog-focused NPI planning and roadmap development—synthesizing voice-of-market insights into prioritized requirements and recommendations for Product Management and R&D.
Collaborate with Segment and Technology Product Marketing leads and Product Management to define Catalog positioning, target use cases, and launch plans.
Develop and manage business cases for catalog initiatives (growth, profitability, customer experience impact), using data-driven analysis and clear prioritization rationale.
Catalog Portfolio and Whole-Product Offerings
Assess catalog portfolio competitiveness and identify gaps/opportunities to improve our “whole product” offering.
Translate portfolio and competitive insights into prioritized inputs for Catalog NPI/roadmap trade-offs, offer enhancements, and enablement investments.
Define scalable catalog offer standards (packaging, lifecycle clarity, and distribution readiness) that reduce adoption friction and improve consistency across the portfolio.
Modules and Ecosystem Partnerships
Shape and execute Catalog-focused module and ecosystem strategies that expand market reach, accelerate time-to-market, and strengthen differentiation.
Identify and drive strategic partnerships (e.g. module vendors, platform/tool integrations) to improve adoption and customer success.
Lead partner execution end-to-end—including joint plans/roadmaps, integration milestones, go-to-market, and business reviews to track performance and drive improvements.
Go-to-Market, Enablement, and Launch Readiness
Lead and execute catalog-focused go-to-market programs in partnership with Technology/Segment Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Distribution, and Sales teams—ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and high-impact enablement.
Develop scalable self-service enablement including content, selection guides, onboarding flows, training, and community readiness.
Drive launch readiness for catalog products across internal alignment, external assets, and channel readiness.
Operating Model, Metrics, and Cross-Functional Leadership
Implement repeatable mechanisms (voice-of-market intake, prioritization frameworks, readiness scorecards, post-launch learning) that improve execution quality and predictability.
Establish and report Catalog operating metrics (e.g., adoption, design-ins, customer acquisition, funnel conversion, attach rates, support drivers) and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with and align global stakeholders across Segment and Technology Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Project Management, Sales/FAEs, Distribution, Community, Legal, and Apps teams to deliver results.
