Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst to join our Customer Care Learning & Development Design Team. The Sr. Analyst will scope and develop engaging New Hire training deliverables for all Customer Care support teams, ensuring our learners are guided through cohesive, impactful learning journeys. The ideal candidate is innovative, energized by quick timelines, and capable of designing best in class learning programs and initiatives. This role may include up to 25% travel. 

In this role, the Sr. Analyst will: 

  • Design and develop innovative instructor led, virtual, self-paced, e-Learning, and blended learning modalities to support New Hire training programs for all lines of business within the Customer Care organization. 
  • Maintain and enhance existing New Hire learning curriculum including adapting content to changing learner needs, improving the learning experience, aligning content with business goals and initiatives, and maintaining consistency through quality control measures. 
  • Own multiple design projects and programs from beginning to end, flexing as needed within the fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
  • Facilitate meetings with project teams to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement training deliverables.
  • Align development timelines and proactively ensure progress updates with leaders, stakeholders, project managers, and team.
  • Implement L&D development standards and governance by adhering to processes for managing tasks, projects, information, content development and program maintenance. 
  • Ensure training metrics that measure the success of projects / programs are identified and measure pre and post training implementation. 
  • Identify and address improvement opportunities for training programs by researching learning needs, learning environments, knowledge gaps, and ensuring alignment with technology and business support infrastructure.
  • Work cross-functionally and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, leadership, and team members throughout the design process to ensure that the business need is fully understood and addressed by the learning intervention. 
  • Collaborate with members of the Design team and contribute to internal discussions and projects involving process improvement, innovative thinking, and design cohorts etc. 
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Experience developing new hire training programs; virtual classroom design experience.

Experience developing online training materials and self-paced learning using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Captivate etc.

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
