About You
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Advisor and play a crucial role in shaping engaging digital experiences for prospective students. As part of our dedicated web content publishing team, you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the University, including marketing, recruitment, and SEO specialists to lead, create, publish and optimise content across our digital platforms. This role focuses on enhancing user engagement and supporting our strategic digital marketing initiatives. As a digital advisor, you'll prioritise digital marketing and web content publishing, keeping prospective student engagement at the heart of everything you do.
We seek a proactive individual with a strong background in digital marketing and content management, ideally with experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS) like AEM. Working within SEO and UX strategies, your work will involve the ongoing creation and maintenance of pages that focus on meeting the needs of RMIT's target audience at different touchpoints in their user journey. Your expertise in stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making will drive impactful digital strategies, ensuring our campaigns reach and resonate with diverse audiences. To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Demonstrated digital campaigns, content writing, digital communications or marketing experience.
Ability to undertake digital campaign planning, delivery and measurement that contributes to RMIT’s organisational objectives.
Significant experience with Adobe Experience Manager and the Adobe Experience Cloud or similar content management systems.
Experience working with data and stakeholders to identify emerging and unmet needs and to develop solutions to meet those needs.
Experience with implementing accessibility standards on digital platforms.
