Ingredion is looking for a detail-oriented and innovative HR Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our Global HR Shared Services team. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience across HR services.

As an HR Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will support HR Shared Services operations by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will work with data and systems to optimize performance and elevate the employee experience.
 

This role reports to the IGS HR Sr. Manager.

What will you do: 

• Lead a 6-month project to design and automate operational performance metrics (KPIs).
• Participate in process analysis sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, charts, and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.
• Collaborate with HR SSC Operations Teams to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
• Perform calculations to assess current and future operational states.
• Share relevant TA content with Content Maintenance Services to keep knowledge articles current.

What you will bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in process documentation and analysis.
