We’re growing our Partner Support team and looking for a Coordinator, Partner Support who will help us ensure that our global service partners deliver top-quality support for Promethean products - ActivPanels and Projectors.

In this role, you’ll become a trusted expert on our hardware, work closely with internal teams and external partners, keep service documentation up to date, and support escalated technical cases. You’ll play a key part in improving processes and making sure our service experience is consistent and excellent worldwide.

Working time: the second shift (from 3 PM to 11 PM)
Start date: January 2026
Base salary: PLN 66,500 - 99,700 + annual bonus
