About the Pay & Exchange Team 

The Pay & Exchange team is responsible for the development and full-scale management of TridgePay, an independent digital escrow and payment solution tailored for B2B trade transactions. As a small but highly agile team, we take pride in our lean operations, high ownership, and relentless drive to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.

 

 

What we trust you to do (What you will do):

KYC

  • Handle and perform KYC during account opening, periodic and event-driven reviews for corporate clients.
  • Conduct name screening, business verification and review enhancement as required.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and escalate high-risk scenarios to senior management.
  • Take part in and assist with ad hoc projects.

Customer Coverage

  • Facilitate client communication if further KYC documents or information are required.
  • Help answer or assist with client inquiries regarding compliance or product matters for the KYC journey.
  • Direct the client to relevant stakeholders for other inquiries. 

 

 

What you need to succeed (Main requirements):

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in banking, compliance, KYC/CDD/COB, legal, finance or other relevant professional services.
  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Law, Accounting, Business or related other disciplines.
  • Certifications such as CAMS, ICA and/or AAMLP are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.

Working Hour: Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm with one hour for lunch break)
