Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Software Developer in C++ to join one of our trading teams in Paris. The Software Developer will work directly with Quants and Traders to implement cutting-edge, low-latency C++ code for various strategies and components of the team’s high-frequency, high-throughput production trading and research system.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a low latency high-frequency trading platform, which includes collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges around the world
• Assisting in the development of a tick by tick backtesting research platform
• Developing systems, interfaces and tools to historical market data and trading simulations that increase research productivity

Qualifications

• Willingness to contribute in team work, share knowledge and brainstorm ideas; 
• Passion for innovation and software architecture;
• Strong working experience in C++, system development and Linux environments;
• Significant knowledge in data structures, algorithms;
• Good experience with other programming languages such as Java and Python
• Strong communication skills in English for business purposes
