Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Risk Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to Identify, assess, and monitor project risks across all phases of the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain the Risk Register, ensuring risks are clearly defined, categorized, and regularly updated.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to evaluate probability, impact, and overall risk exposure.
  • Support the development of risk mitigation and response strategies in coordination with project teams.
  • Facilitate risk workshops with contractors, project managers, and internal departments.
  • Validate contractor risk inputs and ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and cost assumptions.
  • Track risk trends, triggers, and emerging threats, escalating critical risks to management when required.
  • Integrate risk data with project schedules and cost reports to assess potential impacts on timelines and budgets.
  • Support scenario analysis (best case, most likely, worst case) for time and cost outcomes.
  • Contribute to contingency planning and recommend appropriate risk allowances.
  • Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key risks, exposure levels, and mitigation status.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in risk reporting across all projects and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with planning, commercial, and reporting teams to support risk-informed decision-making.
  • Identify and implement improvements to risk management processes, tools, and frameworks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 3+ years of related work experience. 
  • Familiar with Risk software like ARM/ Safran..etc.
  • P6 Primavera and MS Office
