Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company is the world’s leading beverage organization, serving a diverse portfolio enjoyed by millions of consumers daily. In El Salvador —one of our fast-growing markets in the LATAM region—we focus on enabling robust system execution, strengthening our distribution footprint, expanding affordability solutions, and accelerating consumer recruitment through relevant, scalable, and locally resonant execution.

The Sr. Manager Franchise Operations, El Salvador is responsible for driving the commercial, operational and strategic agenda of the market alongside the bottling partner. This role leads to the expansion and optimization of the national distribution footprint, designs and deploys market-fit Route-to-Market (RTM) models, accelerates affordability and returnable-package development, strengthens executional capabilities, and ensures superior brand activation across channels.

Drive profitable growth and execution excellence in the assigned region by coordinating system teams to optimize RTM models, expand portfolio penetration, elevate in-store execution, and develop bottler capabilities. Provide market insights to refine commercial strategy and support continuous improvement.

If you are passionate about building collaborative relationships, influencing at all levels, and delivering sustainable business growth, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Execute national commercial and execution priorities within the region across channels and customers.

  • Lead performance routines with the bottler (share, revenue, volume, distribution, cooler standards, visibility) and activate improvement plans.

  • Update OBPPC proposal aligned with market needs.

  • Evolve RTM and service models (direct, indirect, micro-distribution) to enhance coverage and costtoserve efficiency.

  • Ensure execution standards in-store: pricing, POP materials, cooler assets, planograms, and displays.

  • Support bottler capability building in execution, data-driven selling, and route productivity.

  • Implement local RGM tactics (pack-price, promotions, value mix) aligned with national strategy.

  • Feed Marketing and Commercial teams with competitive, shopper, and trade insights from the region.

  • Lead pilots and scaling of initiatives to improve coverage, availability, and shopper experience.

  • Manage operational and supply risks in coordination with the bottler and internal functions.
