Description:
We will count on you to:
- Maintain active day-to-day engagement with the company’s clients, providing consultations through written and verbal communication and conducting meetings, with the aim of ensuring a high level of customer service and client satisfaction;
- Maintain active communication with insurers, including written and verbal correspondence and meetings, to establish and strengthen partner relationships and negotiate optimal terms for the client portfolio;
- Structure and place insurance products related to credit risks for the company’s existing clients, in strict compliance with the company’s internal rules and placement procedures;
- Review documentation related to the placement of insurance policies;
- Proactively support the expansion of the insurance portfolio among the company’s existing clients;
- Actively contributes to the development of the insurance portfolio through the acquisition of new clients for the company;
- Provide support to the “O&T” Department with the entry and accounting of insurance policies and broker commissions;
- Provide support to the Claims Team in the event of insured losses under credit risk policies.
- Active participation in the organization of campaigns and events aimed at promoting the company’s products and attracting prospective clients, including seminars, congresses, business forums, exhibitions, and similar initiatives;
- Identification and targeting prospective clients for credit risk insurance products;
- Active communication with prospective clients, including conducting joint meetings for the purpose of presenting the company and the products offered.
- Prepare and maintain client files in accordance with the company’s requirements;
- Prepare checklists in connection with the placement of new insurance policies;
- Enter data relating to concluded insurance policies and prospective clients into the company’s platforms
- Ensure compliance with the company’s administrative and procedural requirements
What you need to have:
- Higher education;
- Computer literacy;
- Professional experience in the field of "Credit Risks" as well as experience in sales;
- Good command of the English language.
