ABOUT THE JOB

You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery as well managing the release of multiple team’s features to production. 

To ideal candidate is someone that thrives at managing complex stakeholder relationships and programs involving many cross-function teams onshore and offshore. You will work closely with senior technology leads, product owners and other project managers in Vietnam and Australia.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project integration management: ensure project planning, execution & controls are properly integrated.

• Project communications management: provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Change management: ensure an effective change management plan is developed ensuring that the required change date is achieved. 

• Benefits management: facilitate delivery of the business outcomes and to enable the project sponsor to realise return on investment.

• Knowledge management: adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the project

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must-have:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience

• Excellent experience in Agile methodologies and ability to apply in practice

• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams both onshore and offshore Experience managing complex digital products (e.g. Online Banking, large digital projects)

• Strong stakeholder management experience – raise and resolve blockers from the Vietnam team with onshore stakeholders;

• Technically competent with various software programs like Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio & Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence Ability to manage financials and project plans 

• Strong leadership and motivational skills and ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Experience managing projects in infrastructure/ networks/ mainframe/ operating system builds.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in large enterprise organisations e.g. banking

• Exposure to Infrastructure and Cloud technologies

• Tertiary Degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting from a recognised institution is preferred.

• Post-graduate qualification is desirable
