Job Summary

The Global Travel and Programs Delivery Support role applies an intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to resolve various business issues. The individual will work on moderately complex problems, provide informed analysis, and occasionally direct limited projects. Independent judgment is exercised within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate actions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Travel and Fleet Purchase Orders and associated invoices
  • Monitor and track Travel and Fleet issues, enhancing logs
  • Manage the program process workbook and revision control
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives
  • Attend meetings with senior members to understand business priorities
  • Learn to use supply chain and financial modeling tools
  • Review performance metrics regularly, identifying opportunities for improvement
