Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of that team!

What do you do in a day?

  • This position performs general brokerage tasks and assesses rates for the import of international packages. It prepares and adjusts the necessary arrangements for aircraft/truck arrivals and the respective communications with Customs.
  • Ensures that the assessment of customs duties and taxes complies with local customs and tax regulations.
  • Contacts customers when necessary in order to obtain information required to clear goods through Customs.
  • Prepares reports and assists the supervisor in managing and organizing the early‑morning team.
  • Resolves issues related to customs declarations and cargo manifests.
  • Performs other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role.

What do we expect from you?

  • Customs certification – preferred
  • Previous experience in a customs environment
  • Intermediate level of English (B1), written and spoken – preferred
  • Completion of secondary school (12th grade) – preferred
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Results orientation
  • Problem‑solving skills
  • Team spirit
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 02:00 to 10:00
