POSITION DESRIPTION
The Senior Director, Supply Chain Leader is responsible for optimizing the supply chain and material processes across the sites within the region through driving KPI’s and forward-thinking strategic initiatives. They will build and lead highly effective local teams and have responsibility for both long term and day to day operations of the supply chain function within their region. They will serve on both the Regional Leadership Team and the Functional Supply Chain team providing significant contribution to the strategic direction and standardization of the supply chain function. They will take a lead role in interfacing with our strategic suppliers and building positive relationships with both internal and external customers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls. Working Conditions
The working environment is generally clean; however, this position may be exposed to occasional dust, metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE where required. Otherwise, office/business casual attire is appropriate.
