What We'll Bring:

The role will oversee event security and travel security functions, implement security management plans, and ensuring the safety of our executives. You will be directly involved with developing, reviewing, and revising security policies, procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in executive protection
- 8+ years of experience conducting protective advances (i.e.; experience in multiple locations within the US, as well as foreign experience)
- 5+ years of corporate experience/executive level coordination
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with M.S. Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and time management
- Flexibility in terms of working hours with the ability to travel 50% of the time
- Authorized to carry a firearm under the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA HR-218)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Knowledge of current geopolitical issues impacting the financial services industry
We’d Love to See:
- Prior experience in executive protection in federal law enforcement
- AED/CPR certified, BLS/Trauma certification
Impact You'll Make:
- Provide protective escort to C-suite executives with third party vendors and conduct protective advances during designated company events.
- Help in the development of executive protections and broader TU travel security standards.
- Conduct site advances (visit and review planned sites to establish arrival/departure points, safe rooms if needed, emergency egress and safety features) and review of threat intelligence relevant to TU travel.
- Conduct route advances, establish primary and secondary vehicle route to include route to hospital for given locations.
- Coordinate efforts with staff/administrative personnel regarding run of show, walking routes, etc.
- Establish POC at given locations, with security if available, as well as with local law enforcement.
- Establish POC at U.S. Embassies and Consulates, U.S. Dept of State and available federal law enforcement regarding foreign travel, at given locations if applicable.
- Coordinate travel safety measures regarding the protective advances, as well as establishing means of transportation.
- Prepare and provide updates to the leadership of the Corp Security team regarding executive travel.
- Assist the broader corporate security team by providing solution-oriented advice, training and guidance.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
