Your responsibilities:

• Processing/posting and verifying purchase invoices/credit notes/payments in advance (with and without orders), including complex invoices 
• Updating suppliers’ data 
• Communicating directly with vendors to resolve payment or invoice issues 
• Monitoring and following up on overdue items or missing documentation 
• Supporting reporting tasks 
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency in daily processes 
• Investigating open items and working on clean-up activities 
• Assisting in other day-to-day administrative tasks 
• Active participation in the projects conducted by the SSC 
• Ensuring compliance with internal control requirements 
• Other specific activities determined for the assigned accounting area  
• Other activities and duties ordered by the immediate superior. 

Our requirements:

• Education in Business or Finance-related fields preferred; current students or recent graduates with up to 2 years of relevant experience

• Work experience in accounting 1-2 years

• Good communication skills with good intercultural skills and understanding 
• Attention to details 
• Ability to work in a team 
• Future-oriented, 
• Ability to learn quickly 
• Problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of the SSC/BPO environment as an asset  
• Good analytical skills with the ability to organize and analyze data 
• A beginner on accounting tools in ERP, preferably SAP 
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office or a related environment (practical knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level) 

• Fluency in German language as an asset (at least B1)

• Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B1)
