We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in driving cost efficiency, analyzing spend across cost centers, and managing vendor relationships to support strategic and financial goals. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with data-driven analytical skills, helping leadership make informed decisions around budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Cost Center & Spend Analysis Monitor departmental budgets and spending trends, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to improve cost efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, and renewals. Partner with business teams to assess pricing, service levels, and contract value while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • ERP & Systems Management: Maintain financial data and vendor records within NetSuite and JIRA, ensuring accurate reporting, spend visibility, and renewal tracking. Assist in creation of purchase orders. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards and financial reports to highlight key spend metrics, vendor utilization, and budget performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that improve forecasting accuracy, automation, and financial transparency.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, re-forecasts, and long-range financial models. Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, vendor management, or financial analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
  • Experience with Netsuite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
